Did you know it costs $55,000 to train a guide dog? While these adorable pups come with a hefty price tag, they are free to the visually impaired people who need them. Jenna Elfman is showing off one of these dogs, because her new NBC comedy series, Growing Up Fisher, is inspired by its creator’s experience of watching his father train with a guide dog from the Guide Dog Foundation. Growing Up Fisher is sponsoring the puppy Jenna Elfman is holding, that is cleverly named Guf, for Growing Up Fisher.
