Adorable 6-year-old Audrey has been lighting up the web with videos of her adorable Zumba dance sessions. Now she’s visiting Rach to show off her moves!

But that’s not all! Rach has some two amazing surprises for Audrey, who suffers from a rare condition called Diamond Blackfan Anemia, and her family! Check out the emotional reveal in the video, below.
