Bacon is not just this star's last name, it's also one of the main ingredients in the sandwich he invented! "I used to love bacon, lettuce, tomato sandwiches," Kevin tells Rachael. He started adding avocado to it and then came up with an even bigger idea. "Now I make 'BLASTS' - bacon, lettuce, avocado, smoked salmon and tomatoes!" Rachael is immediately in love with the idea. "You just blew my mind," she compliments. "That's huge!"
