The kids get home from school starving, but dinner is hours away. What do you make that will tide them over but still leave room for dinner? Look no further, because Chef Graham Elliott has three easy, healthy, and most importantly DELICIOUS snacks your children will love.

Cinnamon-Dusted Autumn Apple Chips

How’s this for unprocessed? These delicious apple chips feature two ingredients: apples and cinnamon!

Tip: When using a mandoline for slicing fruits and vegetables, be sure to use the finger guard so you don’t accidentally cut yourself.

Herb and Parmesan Popcorn

This delicious recipe is super simple to make and packed with flavor. You just pop some microwave popcorn, and toss with some olive oil, freshly diced chives, pepper and parmesan cheese! Yum!

Tip: Rachael shares that you don’t need to buy microwave popcorn, you can just put unpopped popcorn kernels in a paper bag and cook them in the microwave! Instant popcorn!

Graham Elliot's Curried Almonds

Graham’s flavorful roasted nuts won’t weigh you down because he substitutes egg whites for the butter or sugar used in some other roasted nut recipes.

(BONUS: Have you ever tried to make your own fruit leather? Rach shows you how to make the tasty alternative to candy that kids will love to eat AND make!)
