Every year, we bring you a fun Thanksgiving turkey appetizer fake-out. In years past, our turkey appetizer master has made a Crudi-Turkey (a crudité platter shaped like a turkey) and a Smorgas-bird (a pepperoni, cheese and olive plate). This year, she did not disappoint, making a majestic turkey out of fruit – the Shish Ka-Gobble!
