Stephanie Izard's Infused Vinegar
Ingredients
- 1 cup of hot malt vinegar
- A few sprigs fresh tarragon
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 or 2 Thai chilis
- 1/2 tablespoon black peppercorns
- 1 garlic clove, smashed
Preparation
In a French press coffee maker, pour vinegar over remaining ingredients. Let sit until cool then press down and pour over salads or whatever else!
