Bill Bellamy’s Meatball English Muffin Pizza
Ingredients
- 2 English muffins, split and toasted
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- A few store-bought frozen meatballs, thawed and cut in half
Preparation
Preheat broiler to high.
Place muffins on a sheet tray cut-side up. Top each muffin with 1/4 cup of pizza sauce, some cheese and a couple meatball halves. Finish with another tiny sprinkling of cheese to help the meatballs adhere to the pizza.
Place under the broiler for just a minute or two until the top of the pizzas are bubbly and brown.
