We Tried It: Cheese Barbeclette
Good news! You may not have to go to a fancy restaurant for ooey gooey raclette cheese.
Chris Kimball -- chef, food editor and founder of Milk Street Magazine -- recently introduced us to the Cheese Barbeclette, which claims to let you melt cheese right on the barbecue.
And it doesn't *have* to be raclette cheese either! The company says any kind of cheese that melts easily will do.
"This is something they do in Switzerland a lot," Chris says. "They put it on potatoes, but you can put this right on your hamburger."
YUMMM.
Watch him demonstrate with a juicy burger in the video above -- and prepare for your mouth to water!
