Nurse Struts Like Beyonce after Midnight Makeover

Gretta surprises two night-shift nurses with magical Cinderella-style midnight makeovers on today's episode of The Rachael Ray Show. Doreen was the first nurse that beauty expert Gretta Monahan waved her magic wand over, then it was Maggie's turn.

After ditching her scrubs and getting her new look, Maggie strutted out like Beyonce onto the Rachael stage. You'll never believe the transformation!

Gretta gave her a fun "lob" (long bob) with golden highlights, chunky statement jewelry, a sexy fitted sapphire colored dress, and sparkly Cinderella heels. And even better – Maggie's new look will be easy to maintain at home! "I love my hair, and I can do my hair myself," Maggie says.

Tip 1: Use a mascara with blue undertones to bring out the whites of your eyes to brighten them up.

Tip 2: Sexy comes in every size – fitted clothes bring out your best features.

Tip 3: Choose hair color that will be easy to maintain – if you go too far away from your natural shade, you will need to spend a lot of time (and money) touching it up.
