DIY Project No. 1: Edible Birdsnest

This one will be a favorite with the kiddos because it’s super cute AND delicious. You just take crispy chow mein noodles and coat them with melted butterscotch and chocolate, pop them into a muffin tin, and chill. Add a couple mini chocolate eggs, and you’ve got an edible birdsnest!

DIY Project No. 2: Peeps Tree

This is a project that is fun to make and would make a great centerpiece for your Easter table. You create a foam “tree” inside an ordinary pot and decorate it with peeps on toothpicks. Then, pour jelly beans into the pot to anchor. Cute and tasty!

DIY Project No. 3: Jello Eggs

This one is a little complicated, but if you pull it off, you can really wow your kids and guests by getting Jello into an ordinary eggshell! Crazy! First, you blow out the insides of a normal egg, wash it, then replace with liquid Jello. Once the Jello sets up in the fridge, you peel it like a hard boiled egg and you end up with a Jello egg! How cool!
