How to Make Edible Peppermint Shot Glasses With Leftover Candy

Who DOESN’T have a ton of peppermint candies laying around during the holiday season?

Well, if you happen to get tired of eating them the traditional way, “The Great Christmas Light Fight” judge Taniya Nayak has a way for you to spice things up.

Melt and mold ‘em into little shot glasses!

First, melt the candies on a baking sheet at about 275°F for around 10 minutes, or until they’re flat and melted.

Then, peel off the warm, melted candy -- let them cool a bit first, of course! -- and mold it around shot glasses.

Once hardened, they’re ready to be used as shot glasses!


Rach suggests pouring chilled vodka and a splash of pomegranate or cranberry juice in them to create a delicious and festive peppermint cocktail. We’re in!
