Iliza Shlesinger's Fried Olives
Ingredients
- Large, green, pitted olives
- Proscuitto, crisped (optional)
- Flour, for dredging
- 1 egg, beaten
- Panko breadcrumbs, for coating
- Frying oil
Preparation
Stuff olives with prosciutto, if using. Coat olives in flour. Coat olives in egg.
Roll olives in Panko
Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
EAT.
