Katie Lee's Black Bean, Avocado and Mango Salsa
Ingredients
- 1 15-ounce can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 mango, diced
- 1 avocado, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- 1/2 jalapeo, seeds and membranes removed, minced (if you like it spicier, use the whole jalapeo)
- 1/4 cup cilantro, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Preparation
Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
