3-Minute Churros | Rachael Ray
Rach shares her 3-minute churros, which she makes in a waffle iron before coating in cinnamon sugar. Yes, waffle iron—no deep-frying necessary! They come out great and are even better served with her cinnamon-and-chili-flavored chocolate dipping sauce. - 1 package (2 sheets) frozen puff pastry, thawed
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 ½ teaspoons cinnamon, divided
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- ½ teaspoon ancho chili powder
- A pinch of salt
