October Gonzalez's Guacamole
Ingredients
- 3 avocados, pitted and peeled
- 6 to 8 pepperoncini, diced (estimate 3 per avocado)
- 2 to 3 tablespoons diced green onions
- 2 to 3 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon onion salt
- 2 Roma tomatoes, diced
- A dash of lime juice, to taste
- A dash of Tabasco
- Salt
Preparation
Combine all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Serve with tortilla chips.
