Chandler Jackson's Cookies and Cream Fudge

Ingredients
  • Three 6-ounce packages white chocolate baking squares, broken into smaller squares
  • One 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk (preferred brand Eagle)
  • 1 package Oreo cookies, crushed until fine
Preparation

Place chocolate pieces into a double boiler or mixing bowl set over a pot of simmering water and pour sweet condensed milk over them. Heat over medium heat until melted.

In a separate bowl, add crushed Oreos and mix in the melted white chocolate. Line an 8-inch square pan with wax paper and pour in fudge mixture. Top with extra Oreos.

Place in fridge until chilled/cooled to preferred texture. Cut squares out and enjoy!
