Laura Prepon's Turmeric Turkey

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound ground white-meat turkey
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- 1/2 teaspoon real salt
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh-ground black pepper
- 2 teaspoons turmeric
- 1/4 teaspoons cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add olive oil and turkey. Break the turkey into chunks with a thick metal spatula.
Add 1/4 cup broth, cilantro, salt, pepper, turmeric, cumin, and cayenne. Continue to break up the turkey into small pieces as you stir all ingredients together.
Allow to cool, then transfer to a glass container.
