Curtis Stone’s Peanut Butter, Jam and Banana Burrito To Go

Ingredients
  • 1 flour tortilla
  • 3 tablespoons crunchy peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Quick Mixed Berry Jam or your favorite jam
  • 1/2 banana, thinly sliced
Preparation

Heat the tortilla directly on a gas burner for about 10 seconds per side, or until it is hot, softened and slightly charred.

Spread the peanut butter over the tortilla (and watch it melt slightly), then top with the yogurt, jam and banana. Quickly roll it up and eat immediately while it is still warm and oozing.
