John Cusimano’s Smoky Pineapple Margarita
Serve these smoky margaritas alongside Rach's Seven-Layer Black Bean Dip!
Ingredients
- Smoked sea salt, for rim
- 1 1/2 ounces tequila
- 1/2 ounce Mezcal
- 1 ounce fresh lime juice
- 3/4 ounce pineapple juice
Preparation
Place the sea salt into a small plate or saucer. Rub the rim of a rocks glass with a wedge of lime and dip the rim in smoked sea salt.
Fill rocks glass with ice. Pour remaining ingredients into ice-filled cocktail glass, shake and strain into the rocks glass.
