Help! I Burned My Turkey

If you accidentally incinerated your turkey (it happens… sometimes?) you can try this stock trick, but it might end up turning into turkey soup. But if your turkey really is that dry, or as Carla Hall says, is “squeaking” in your mouth, there’s no amount of liquid you could wash that down with.

But here’s what you can do: pull the turkey into thick chunks, toss it with a bit of gravy and call it “southern-style turkey!” Not too bad, huh?
