Ingredients
- 2 pounds ricotta cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 12 ounce bag mini chocolate chips
For serving
- Cannoli shell chips, graham crackers, cinnamon-sugar pita chips and/or empty cannoli shells, broken into large pieces
Preparation
Mix ingredients together in a medium bowl. Serve with cannoli shell chips, graham crackers, cinnamon-sugar pita chips and/or broken empty cannoli shells alongside for dipping.
