Ingredients
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup vitamin D-fortified whole, low-fat or skim milk or unsweetened almond, soy or coconut milk
  • 1 ripe banana, peeled and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted organic peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon organic vanilla protein powder
  • 10 small ice cubes
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
