Ranch Cole Slaw
Ingredients
For the dressing:
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup super-fine sugar
- 3 tablespoons grated onion
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon celery salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons each finely chopped dill, chives and parsley
For the cole slaw:
- For the cole slaw: 1 pound thinly shredded or finely chopped white cabbage and 2 carrots, shredded or 1 pound sack coleslaw mix
Preparation
Whisk up dressing ingredients in a large serving bowl. Add cabbage and carrots or coleslaw mix and toss to coat. Chill until ready to serve.
