Dr. Oz's Stress-Calming Popcorn with Nutritional Yeast
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup popcorn kernels
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, extra-virgin
- 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
Preparation
Pop the popcorn kernels using a hot air popcorn popper. Drizzle with olive oil in a large bowl, then sprinkle with nutritional yeast and toss to coat.
