Anti-Inflammatory Spa Smoothie
"A great way to make sure you don't have inflammation in your gut," Body Love author and nutritionist to the stars Kelly LeVeque says, "is to take a probiotic and to eat what I call the Fab 4 — protein, fat, fiber and greens."
She created this smoothie formula that includes all four for her on-the-go celeb clients.

- 2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder (20g to 30g)
- 1 to 2 tablespoons chia or flax seeds
- ½ to 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 handful spinach leaves
- 1 small Persian cucumber
- ¼ cup mint leaves (optional)
- ¼ avocado
- 2 cups unsweetened nut milk
Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend, adding water as needed to reach the desired consistency.
