Chinatown Cosmo | John Cusimano
This lime- and ginger beer-infused cosmo was inspired by the song "Chinatown" by Rach & John's rocker buddy Jack Antonoff.
Try pairing it with Rach's Pepper Steak.
Ingredients
- 1½ ounces vodka
- ¾ ounce orange liqueur (John likes Cointreau)
- ¾ ounce pomegranate juice
- ¾ ounce simple syrup
- ¾ ounce fresh squeezed lime juice, plus lime twist, for garnish
- 3 to 4 ounces ginger beer
Preparation
In a cocktail shaker, combine vodka, orange liqueur, pomegranate juice, simple syrup and lime juice. Fill with ice, shake vigorously, then strain into an ice-filled Collins glass. Top with ginger beer and garnish with lime twist and a straw.
