Overnight Oats with Greek Yogurt and Cinnamon Spiced Apples
This easy, healthy, make-ahead breakfast from Graham Elliot is great for busy weeks.
Ingredients
- 1 cup diced fuji apple
- 1 cup uncooked old fashioned oats
- 3 cups vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- A pinch ground nutmeg
- A pinch ground clove
Preparation
In medium bowl, mix apples and oats. Sprinkle with spices, fold in yogurt. Cover and place in fridge for a minimum of 8 hours, but no more than 3 days.
