Peanut Butter and Jelly Overnight Oats
Make this tasty, kid-approved breakfast ahead for easier mornings.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 tablespoon chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons no-sugar-added strawberry preserves
- 2 to 3 strawberries, chopped
Preparation
Add oats, yogurt, almond milk and chia seeds to a Mason jar or a 2-cup storage container. Stir to combine. Using a fork or a butter knife, swirl in peanut butter and preserves. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or up to 2 days.
Garnish oats with strawberries just before eating.
