Pink Champagne "Moulin Rouge" Cocktail | John Cusimano

Ingredients
- 3 to 4 ounces rosé champagne
- ½ ounce elderflower liqueur (John likes St-Germain)
- 7 dashes bitters (John likes Peychoud's)
- 2 lemon wheels, for garnish
Preparation
Combine all ingredients except for lemon in an ice-filled wine goblet, stir gently and garnish with lemon wheels and a straw.
