Pink Champagne "Moulin Rouge" Cocktail | John Cusimano

John stirs up a pink Champagne cocktail he named after the Moulin Rouge.

Ingredients
  • 3 to 4 ounces rosé champagne
  • ½ ounce elderflower liqueur (John likes St-Germain)
  • 7 dashes bitters (John likes Peychoud's)
  • 2 lemon wheels, for garnish
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except for lemon in an ice-filled wine goblet, stir gently and garnish with lemon wheels and a straw.
