Raspberry Rhubarb Fizz | Bottom-of-the-Jar Cocktail | John Cusimano
John's Raspberry Rhubarb Fizz is a boozy way to use up the bottom of the jam jar.

Ingredients
- Raspberry jam or preserves from the bottom of a jar (about ½ ounce)
- 2 fresh mint leaves
- 2 pieces rhubarb
- ½ ounce lemon juice
- 1 ounce gin
- Seltzer
- Rhubarb stalks, for garnish
Preparation
Muddle jam, mint and rhubarb in a shaker then add lemon juice and gin. Shake it up, pour into glasses and top with seltzer. Garnish with a stalk of rhubarb.
