Rosemary Gingersnaps
All the ingredients get combined in a bowl for the easiest cookie dough imaginable from Rach’s big sis, Maria Betar.

- 12 tablespoons butter (1 ½ sticks), softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1/3 cup molasses
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon ground ginger
- 1 tablespoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon curry powder
Preheat oven to 350˚F.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and beat with an electric mixer until combined.
Roll pieces of dough into 1-inch balls and arrange 2 inches apart on a lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake 12 to 14 minutes. Remove cookies from sheet and let cool on wire rack.
