White Negroni | John Cusimano

Food & Fun - By on

John shares a white version of the classic Italian Negroni, subbing Lillet Blanc and Suze, two French aperitifs, for the red vermouth and Campari, and a lemon twist for the orange one. The drink was apparently invented by a British bartender at a beverage trade show in France in 2001, and he and Rach both love it. "It's delightful," says Rach. "It's much softer than a traditional Negroni." The cocktail goes well with Rach's Saffron-Citrus Risotto Milanese
