The elimination challenge officially begins as the teams scramble to collect their ingredients, race against the clock, and battle an unforeseen obstacle - a steady rain that threatens their charcoal grills! At the end of the hour, the teams present their dishes (get the recipes below) to the judges ... but the results won't be announced until the contestants say adios to Mexico and make their way back to Rachael's studio in New York City!
