Cookies n’ Cream Pancakes
Ingredients
- 12 chocolate sandwich cookies
- Perfect Pancake Batter
- Butter, for cooking
Preparation
Heat griddle to medium heat.
Place the cookies in a zip-top bag. Crush them with a rolling pin.
Pour the crushed cookies into the batter and fold.
Place butter onto the griddle. Once butter is melted, ladle about 1/4 cup of the batter onto the hot griddle. Cook for 1-2 minutes per side.
Serve a stack topped with a scoop of ice cream!
