Lambrusco Negroni | John Cusimano

Food & Fun - By on

John shares his latest twist on the Negroni. He replaces the gin with Lambrusco, an Italian sparkling red wine. "It's a fun, easy drink that you can make right in the glass," he says, and it goes great with Rach's Stuffed Savoy Cabbage.

Ingredients
  • 1 ½ ounces Campari
  • 1 ½ ounces Lambrusco
  • 1 ½ ounces sweet vermouth
  • Orange twist, for garnish
Preparation

Combine all the ingredients in an ice-filled rocks glass. Stir to chill and garnish with orange twist.

Always drink responsibly.
