Ingredients
  • 2 pounds hot and sweet Italian sausages (1 pound each) or plant-based Italian-style hot and sweet sausages
Preparation

Line a tray with foil and top with parchment. Pierce the casings a few times all over with tines of a fork. Preheat oven to 350˚F. Arrange sausages in a single layer and roast until firm and crisp and juices run clear, about 45 to 50 minutes.
