TGIF! Rach's husband John shares a white wine-vodka spritzer with bright, clean flavors that he created to pair with her Good Friday menu:
Baked Fish with Lemon, Dijon and Garlic and Cheese Breadcrumbs
Roasted Potato Sticks with Rosemary
Green Beans with Onion and Tomatoes
Ingredients
- 2 ounces vodka
- 1 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1 ounce dry white wine
- ¾ ounce simple syrup
- 3 to 4 ounces club soda
- 2 sprigs rosemary
Preparation
Add vodka, lemon juice, wine and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice, shake vigorously, then strain into an ice-filled Collins glass. Top with club soda and garnish with rosemary.
