4 Low-Carb Ways To Dress Up Plain Chicken Breast
We can likely all agree that one of the biggest diet and weight-loss challenges is finding a way to keep meals healthy and flavorful, especially when you're dealing with a lean protein like chicken breast that can very easily get bland and boring.
Well, what if we told you we have a formula that will ensure that your chicken dinners never get old?
That's right, entertaining expert Clinton Kelly has a formula (yes, an actual formula) for dressing up chicken (or any grilled protein, for that matter) — and it can be varied 20+ times over if you so choose.
"If you have fresh herbs, the world is your oyster," Clinton says. "[And] if you can grow them yourself, it saves you a ton of money."

Clinton's sauce formula is essentially this: fat (EVOO) + acid (lime juice or vinegar) + garlic + herbs + seasoning (salt & pepper).
Below, he starts you off with three tasty variations, but again, the best part is that you can create your own combos with just a few simple swaps. Now go and put that food processor to work!
