Co-host Bobby Flay just opened a new restaurant, GATO, and today, he's giving you an all-access pass inside what will surely become New York City's ultimate dining spot. "I had a Spanish restaurant called Bolo for 15 years," he explains. "They knocked the building down, so I've been looking for a restaurant for the last six years to re-open the next version of it. So that's what GATO is: Mediterranean food; foods from Italy, Spain, France, Greece. Anywhere where there's Extra Virgin Olive Oil, I'm using it!"
