Keri Glassman’s Roasted Kalettes

Serves 4 as a side or snack

1 bag Kalettes
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper


Preheat oven to 450°F.

Empty the bag of kalettes onto a sheet tray. Dress with olive oil, salt and pepper. Roast in the oven for 10-12 minutes, or until crispy and brown on the edges.
