Ingredients
2 to 3 pounds chicken wings, split and tips removed or whole, fried or baked
1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled
1 cup buttermilk
2 to 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/4 pound prosciutto or bacon, cooked to very crispy and chopped
Yield
Serves: 6-8 as a snack
Preparation
In a large bowl, whisk together the blue cheese, buttermilk, vinegar, salt and pepper. Toss the cooked wings with the blue cheese sauce. Arrange on a serving platter and top with crispy prosciutto or bacon.
