First up is the best time of day to eat breakfast. Bob suggests eating breakfast within the first 45 minutes of waking up. But what’s the best time to cheat on a diet? Bob says 10a.m. is the best time to eat dessert. “You want to eat those high-calorie foods earlier in the day so you have a chance to burn them off,” says Bob. “But I want to stress, remember, your cheat should be one time a week!”
