Hard Boiled Egg Short Cut
Set oven to 350°F.
Place one egg in each pocket of the tin.
Place muffin tin in oven and bake eggs for about 30 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Place hot eggs into a bowl filled with ice water.
Peel eggs.

Place hard-boiled egg in a glass with a little bit of water.
Cover the top of the glass with your hand and shake the glass around.
Peel eggs.

Crack eggs into a plastic zip lock bag.
Season eggs with salt and pepper.
Squish the eggs around to combine.
Place bag into a pot filled with simmering boiling water for about 15 minutes.
Remove from bag, serve and enjoy!
