Everyone knows actor Morris Chestnut (“The Best Man,” “Rosewood”) is smoking hot, but what you might not know is how he got that way.

Well, in case you were wondering, he didn’t just wake up with washboard abs one morning. In came celebrity fitness and nutrition expert Obi Obadike, who helped Morris lose 33 pounds and pack on loads of muscle in only 12 weeks.

Want to get another peek at those abs? Morris promises that his shirt will be coming off for the season finale of FOX’s “Rosewood” later this month. But even though he has an amazing body, it hasn’t gone to his head. Obi says, “He is the most humble person I’ve ever met in my life.”
