When you go camping in the great outdoors, you might expect to be greeted at your campsite by a bird, a squirrel, or maybe even a raccoon -- but how about a TV chef?

That’s what happened to three shocked families when “Top Chef” winner Richard Blais crashed their campsites and offered to make them dinner!

The always-improvisational chef rifled through their coolers to see what he could make, and the results look downright delish! Watch to see him make his wilderness menu of tin-foil-wrapped fire-roasted corn, a plastic-bag omelet (using a food-safe bag) and a rib-eye steak with sauteed mustard-apple onions.

Richard also stopped by our studio to make Nashville-Style Crack Shack Fried Chicken and Campfire Baked Beans and dish about his new cookbook So Good!, which is available tomorrow.
