Playing Ryan Scott's Herb-Spiced Roasted Chicken Thighs
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Pinch of crushed red pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 pound Perdue chicken thighs
  • Olive oil
  • 1 16-ounce container Friendship Sour Cream
Preheat oven to 400°F.

In a small bowl, combine oregano, garlic powder, red pepper, salt and black pepper. 
Brush olive oil on all sides of thighs and evenly coat with herb spice mix.

Roast for about 6-8 minutes, or until cooked through.

Remove from oven and serve with a dollop of sour cream.
