- 4 Boca burger patties, cooked according to package directions
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 8 Romaine leaves, washed and patted dry
- 1 tomato, sliced
In a medium skillet over medium heat, toss olive oil and onions together. Cook covered for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Turn up heat to medium-high for another 10 minutes to brown onions, stirring constantly. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
Serve patties topped with caramelized onions and sides of Romaine leaves and tomato slice.
