Sunny Anderson Reinvents SPAM® in 2 Delish Dishes

Sunny Anderson is touring the country this spring and summer in the SPAMERICAN Food Truck, and she’s sharing two of her favorite recipes that feature the iconic food.

Fancy SPAM® Musubi

First up, it’s her fancy take on the Hawaiian standby, SPAM® musubi. Sunny marinates slices of SPAM in a ginger soy marinade before grilling in a bit of oil. She then adds the rice and a nori wrapper, and use a spam can to assemble!

Sunny Anderson’s Coconut SPAM® Spears with Spicy Pineapple Chutney

Next, Sunny makes decadent coconut SPAM® spears with a spicy pineapple chutney for dipping. The SPAM® is breaded, then fried. Yum!
