A vibrant spinach and mint pesto is slathered over a butterflied flank steak in this easy but impressive recipe. Then, you simply roll up the steak and tie with string, brown on the stove, and transfer to your oven or grill. Easy and excellent!

No. 4: Bratburgers with Onions

If you love the peppery flavor of Bratwurst and want to wow your guests with something unexpected, try these bratwurst-esque burgers. Serve with a homemade red cabbage for authentic German flavor.
