THIS Was the Dish That Won This Grandma and Granddaughter Tickets to the Grammys

Food & Fun - By on

Music's biggest night is this weekend -- and this year, we're sending a grammy (get it?!) and her granddaughter (a.k.a. her sous chef) to the star-stuffed affair.

But FIRST, they had to go head to head with another grandma and granddaughter duo -- in the kitchen, of course!

Katherine and Nateesa whipped up stuffed chicken, broccoli and mac and cheese (drool!), while Stefania and Fran opted for breaded chicken cutlet with prosciutto, breaded eggplant, mozzarella and mushrooms (a.k.a. Chicken a la Fran).

Let’s meet both of the adorable cooking pairs, shall we?

Because Rach didn’t want any part of the judging process (we don’t blame her!), we enlisted celebrity chef and “Cutthroat Kitchen” judge Jet Tila to make the final call.

And we really don’t know how he chose.

"It really came down to technical execution," Jet explains. "They were both delicious."

Ultimately, the celeb chef chose Chicken a la Fran (BUT he did say that Katherine and Nateesa’s mac and cheese is the best he’s ever had).
